1. Scope and Applicability
This Refund Policy applies to orders placed by our business clients (resellers) for used/second-hand goods via PURE DROPSHIP SVG. Because our business is wholesale dropshipping of used/second-hand products, different rules apply compared to new retail goods. By placing an order you agree to this policy.
2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
· You may request cancellation of your order before we dispatch the goods.
· To request cancellation, you must contact us immediately at svgdropship@gmail.com quoting your order number and business details.
· We will confirm whether cancellation is possible (dependent on whether we have already arranged shipment). If shipment has not yet been arranged, we will cancel and refund any payments made (less any non-recoverable costs) within 14 calendar days.
· If shipment has already been arranged, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a cancellation fee which we will notify you of.
3. Goods Received — Inspection and Acceptance
· When you receive goods you must inspect them immediately upon arrival for condition, quantity and that they match your order.
· You accept that these goods are used/second-hand, with all the characteristics and limitations inherent in such goods (which may include signs of wear, prior usage marks, and age). We endeavour to describe condition accurately, but used goods by nature carry risk of variation.
· If you identify any major defect (i.e., a fault or condition that is fundamentally inconsistent with the item’s described condition or functionality), you must notify us in writing at svgdropship@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving the goods. You must provide supporting documentation/photos of the defect.
· If you do not notify us within the stated timeframe, the goods will be deemed accepted and we will not accept a refund or return for that item.
4. Eligible Refunds / Returns
· Refunds or returns are only possible in the circumstances of a major defect which we have verified as such, or if we shipped the wrong item (item significantly different to description or wrong item altogether).
· If the item is eligible, we will arrange the return shipment (or instruct you how to return) and once we have received and inspected the returned goods and verified the defect/wrong item, we will issue a refund in USD or the currency used to place the order to the payment method originally used (or, if agreed, as credit towards future purchases).
· The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any non-recoverable shipping/duty/handling costs unless otherwise agreed.
5. Non-Eligible Returns / Refunds
· Because these are used/second-hand goods sold on a wholesale dropshipping basis, we do not offer cancellation rights for minor cosmetic wear, minor signs of prior use, normal wear-and-tear, or changes of mind.
· We do not refund or collect items if you failed to inspect upon receipt and notify us within the timeframe above.
· We will not accept return of goods shipped more than 30 days ago unless agreed in advance in writing.
· Items that have been modified, repaired or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
6. Process for Claims
· Submit your claim by email to svgdropship@gmail.com including: order number, item description, detailed explanation of the defect or issue, photographs/videos of the issue, date of receipt and proof of inspection within 7 business days.
· We will review your claim and communicate our determination (approved or declined) within 7 business days.
· If approved, we will instruct return logistics (or ask you to ship the item) and upon receipt and verification we will issue refund within 14 calendar days.
· If declined, we will communicate reason and you may still retain the goods or negotiate alternative remediation.
7. Refund Timing
Refunds will be made in USD or the currency used to place the order within 14 calendar days of our acceptance of your claim and receipt/inspection of the returned goods (if applicable). The refund will be to the original payment method unless we agree alternative. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
8. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For UK and EU customers, you will not be charged any UK/EU customs duty or import tax by us. However, you remain responsible for any local rules, VAT or customs procedures in your country of import. We recommend you ensure you are aware of your local obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any refund is limited to the purchase price paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits, business interruption, etc.). To the extent permitted by applicable law, this limitation applies even if the remedy fails its essential purpose.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time (for example due to changes in law or business practices). We will post the revised version on our website.
