1. Scope and Applicability
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed by business clients/resellers with PURE DROPSHIP SVG. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
2. Order Processing Time
· All orders are processed within 10 working days from receipt of payment and full verification of customer credentials, business information and shipping details.
· For domestic (UAE) shipments (if any) we aim to deliver within 5 working days from dispatch.
3. International Shipping (UK/EU)
· We ship from our warehouse in the UAE to resellers in the UK and EU.
· Customers will not be required to pay any customs duty or import tax for the UK and EU customers (though customers are responsible for any local import VAT or other charges).
· Shipping cost, method and responsibility (whether we or you arrange the carrier) will be confirmed at order. If you (reseller) select your own carrier, you assume risk once goods are handed to your carrier.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
· We use reputable carriers and freight forwarders for international shipments.
· Shipping method (air, sea, courier) will depend on the size, weight and destination.
· We will provide you with tracking information once available.
5. Risk and Title
· Title in the goods passes to you (the reseller) once we have received full payment and you have received the goods at the shipping address agreed.
· Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier/forwarder (or to you, if you arrange your own carrier).
· You must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage, shortage or non-conformity (see Refund Policy for timeframe).
6. Shipping Charges
· Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated at order stage, and will depend on destination, weight, dimensions and carrier.
· Unless otherwise agreed, shipping cost is borne by you (the reseller).
· For UK/EU shipments we aim to minimise customs/import tax burden to you (we do not charge extra customs duty), but you remain responsible for any local import VAT or other regulation.
7. Delivery Time Estimates
· Domestic (UAE): 5 working days from dispatch.
· International (UK/EU): up to 10 working days from dispatch (subject to carrier, customs clearance, destination country logistics).
· These are estimates only; delays may occur due to customs, force majeure, or other carrier/transport disruptions. We are not liable for delay beyond our control.
8. Packaging and Condition
· As our goods are used/second-hand, you accept that standard packaging and presentation may differ from new goods; however we endeavour to package securely and appropriately for transit.
· On receipt, you (reseller) must inspect immediately for condition, completeness, and report any damage/shortage as per our inspection timeframe in Refund Policy.
9. Address Accuracy
· It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping address, contact details and import documentation (if required) for your country.
· If goods are returned due to incorrect address or failure to clear customs, you may be liable for return shipping and costs.
10. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
· For UK/EU customers, we do not charge customs duty or import tax at our end. You remain responsible for any import VAT or additional clearance costs, unless otherwise agreed.
· We are not responsible for delays, rejection or additional cost by customs or import authorities in your destination country.
11. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
· If a shipment is lost or stolen during transit, you must notify the carrier and us within 3 business days of expected delivery date; we will assist with the claim where possible.
· Damage must be reported to us and carrier immediately, with photographs and documentation; we will cooperate to pursue claim but cannot guarantee outcome.
12. Force Majeure
· We are not liable for any failure or delay in shipment or delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, customs or regulatory delays, wars, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, carrier failure).
· In such cases we will use reasonable efforts to perform but cannot guarantee.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time (eg. due to changes in shipping costs, regulations or business processes). We will publish revised version on our website; your continued placing of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
